The group of people interviewed as "Puerto Ricans" consists of eleven women and three men.  Each case interview is quite long and the discussions in each interview vary in their depth and completeness.   Identifying material has been removed as much as possible without destroying the value of the material.   However, because of confidentiality requirements access must be limited to bona fide researchers: a couple of representative, but heavily edited, cases are available and are marked with an asterisk* below.  Select each file by clicking on the case identification number.  Applications for access to the full list of cases can be made to me by e-mail at r-smith@uchicago.edu
